The Virginia Beach Farmers Market consists of 16 leasable units. Some of the units are enclosed, and some are only covered. The spaces vary in size ranging from +/- 250 square feet to +/- 1,400 square feet. Some spaces have additional space outside.

If you would like to be notified when a future Request for Proposals (RFP) for a leasable unit will be accepted, ​please contact Public Works - Real Estate Office at (757) 385-4161.

To start preparing your RFP for consideration, you need to provide a summary of your business concept that answers the following questions:

• What service(s) will you provide?
• What line of products will you sell?
• Is your business currently in operation, and if so, for how long?
• What is the address of the existing business, if applicable?

Additional information will be required and listed in the RFP announcement.
